A little care goes a long way. These simple habits keep your insulated and glass bottles working - and looking - like new.
Caring for Stainless Steel Insulated Bottles
Wash by hand with mild soap and warm water; avoid abrasive pads that can scratch the powder-coated finish. Most lids and silicone seals are removable for easy cleaning.
Do not microwave or put insulated steel bottles in the dishwasher unless stated. For hot drinks, avoid filling 100% full and close the lid loosely for the first minute to release pressure.
Caring for Glass Bottles
The borosilicate glass body is dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe, withstanding temperatures from ‑20°C to 150°C. However, remove the lid before dishwashing or microwaving, as the lid and silicone ring are not meant for high heat or microwave use.
After cleaning, dry the lid and silicone ring thoroughly in the open air, and keep them moisture-free to prevent odor or mold. Handle gently to avoid chipping, and store with the lid open after washing.
